The hotel was big, with professionally trained staff and best possible location in downtown area. The place had a quiet atmosphere. I was there for 1 night and ate at outdoor restaurant for breakfast and lunch. It was fairly priced...

Delicious breakfasts, highly skilled staff.
Nicely furnished and recently renovated room with a writing table, a carpet, and a high ceiling. Best possible and strategic location short walk to restaurants and shops as well as the port, could not be better. Also, to most everything else.

The swiming pool is nice, the restaurant "Olive" make a very nice open buffet with Italian pasta option, wide variety of salads and starters. Close to a very nice mosque, walking distance to shops.
Very noisy music in very late night time. The gym is not very well equipped, the room noise isolation is not good, you can even hear what your neighbor is watching !

Gave me the wrong room and had to enter on someones else room. At the reservation they said at the beginning thatthere is no booking done and had charged me a much higher rate. Then they found that they had a problem and Fixed it later through paying me the difference later.

Liked its professionally trained and very professional staff.
The venue was overall clean and big. I could see garden from the window of the standard room. It was air conditioned, comfortable bed. The service was very good, that made the hotel well-run place.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. It does not live up to its brand name. The used towels were taken never replaced and I was lucky enough to have an extra towel the next day. Other toillet amenities and minibar were never replinished. Breakfast was too expensive.I would never stay again at this hotel.

Extremely helpful, polite and friendly (which is different from polite!) staff; good bars, great food, convenient for Ministries and airport; comfortable rooms; lovely swimming pool.
The light switches in the rooms are very small, fiddly and hard to locate. Im waiting for the hotel to reply to my email about corporate rates and cost of hiring conference rooms.

My time in the hotel was brief as I had a full agenda but the business centre was very useful mid trip. Courtesy and value for money ranked highly.

Very friendly staff, who were very willing to help. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I have eaten for a while, lots of choice and all fresh. We spent quite a bit of time in the pool cooling off - welcome break from the heat.
